Sculptural Spanish penthouse

I always get fascinated by living, organic residential architecture.
You won’t believe it but this awesome penthouse appartment in the heart of Madrid, desined by Spanish architect Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez, is only 60m2 large. The place features also a 50m2 terrace in addition.
As small as it apparently is on paper, it certainly doesn’t feel so in reality. Thanks to dynamic, curved lines borders between various functions seem to disappear. Complimenting lighting system, designed to illuminate all corners of the apartment, makes it look more spacious as well.

Organisk er flot, og dette hjem er også vildt sejt! Men jeg bliver næsten lidt rundtosset… Knus; Heidi
